Public Garden, Boston, MA, USA

I could not believe that such a beautiful public garden exists in the heart of Boston city. The lovely and well maintained garden located next to the Boston Common was established in 1837. You can arrive there by traveling on the green line to Arlington station. Opposite to the Boston Common, the garden is regularly renewed with the seasonal flowers and plants. The technique of maintaining the right flora and plants at the right time was introduced by Victorians, and currently, the garden still is using this technique in a majority of the garden.

We envied Boston residents for having such a beautiful garden full of various flora and plants, the Lagoon, fountains, and the Swan Boats which have been operating for over 100 years. You can enjoy a short lunch break while lying down on the lawn. The swans and ducks elegantly glide across the lake while dedicated art students, led by their teacher, capture the beautiful scenery in their paintings. We felt the peace and relaxation while strolling the garden. Boston residents are so lucky to have a refuge in the middle of the busy and noisy city. Because of the romantic settings, Boston's Public Garden is a popular wedding site. If you are interested in having an event or wedding, you can visit their website for more information.

After you visit the garden, you can go across the Charles Street to the Boston Common.
