Boston from the Sea, MA, USA

We took the harbor cruise to explore the city from the sea. The harbor cruise is an amazing journey that is quite popular, and sometimes you need to wait for your boarding number to be called. The 90-minute sightseeing tour gives you a view of inner harbor and Boston Harbor. You can see the nation’s oldest lighthouse, the Harbor Islands National Park, USS Constitution, Old North Church and the skyscrapers of the city. The Hyatt Harborside near the Logan International Airport is a unique building that is impossible to miss. You can see how the rich and famous live and see their super yachts. We also had a chance to see the Navy ship yard. The tour was very informative, and we were able to see the city from a different angle. The guide gave great information about the history of the city and the sights. The boat went out of Long Wharf, leaving a great skyline view behind. The view of USS Constitution & USS Cassin Young from the cruise is totally different, and you can see these 2 ships at the same time.

It might be a good idea to take the tour first when you visit Boston the first time. It gives you the background of the city and its attractions. The tour is worth the money when the weather is good. Don’t forget to bring the camera to take photos of the Boston from sea. Boston harbor is very busy. You can see water taxies, water buses, harbor ferries, water shuttles, private boats, cruises, charters, yachts and the fun Super Ducks. I heard that whale watching tours are offered by the same company. We will definitely take one next time when we visit Boston again.
